Visual feedback tool for website and web app

I love the idea if Claritee can also be a visual feedback tool that allows you to comment on live websites, web apps, (and perhaps maybe also PDFs, and images). It takes away the need to use other apps like markup.io, Userback or Pastel. In Ruttl, its also amazing, you can visually edit the page, then the devs can just copy the modified code (imagine using CSS hero/Hoverify) and implement it in production. Once we've designed the wireframe, build the real site, we can continue to comment on the live web for final changes. It's a nice flow to have.
