Modify and Set Canvas Sizes for entire project

I just had the joy of going into 20 pages of a project and deleting each canvas size that wasn't in use. This was terribly painful. It would be awesome if you could adjust the range of canvas sizes at a parent level or edit all at once (with the same cautionary warnings ofcourse!)
