PRO Plan Permission/Editor Issues

My team and I are just getting started with Claritee and we're running into problems. I am the owner of the business and I have added my UI/UX designer to the organization board. But he can't edit pages on his end. I purchased the PRO plan (via AppSumo) and the deal terms says I'll have access to unlimited collaborators and viewers. I just found out that if I add someone to a project, they can only add pages to the tree, but can't delete them. This makes no sense to me. If I invite a collaborator to a project, I'd want them to have editing capabilities. I am comparing this to Google Doc where you can invite people on a file by file basis and set them as editor, commenter or viewer. Also, the permissions issues is not clear on the pricing page and in the deal terms. For example, if the deal terms or pricing page had stated that we only get "one editor" in the pro plan, I wouldn't have purchased the deal. I think at least three editors on the pro plan is fair. Then people who want more can move to a "team" or "organization" plan. But the number of editors allowed on the PRO plan should be clearly stated on the pricing page, just like it's stated for the Free Plan.
