Ctrl + Z (undo) does not affect containers

When moving containers, if you accidentally move the top of the container into the bottom of a container above forcing a container shuffle where the above container auto places itself below the active container, using CTRL + Z or Undo command does not affect the container. This is a really clunky user experience error.
