Properties windows or sidebar for wireframe pages and page elements

For creating wireframes, I wish there was a Properties window or panel that shows the properties of a selection so I could change properties of any element such as the number of rows in a grid, the width of an image, insert a background to a block. Similarly, I'd like to see a tree menu of all elements on a page so I could see all of them them and also edit their properties. This is pretty common with website builders and with design software for many years now.
