View Deleted Sections in the Bin

Just recently I just learnt hw to use the Container feature, so I saved my header and footer containers... Then I breezed through each page to apply them...What I did was I clicked on a section and pressed on the container icons and chose the header and footer...It did apply the containers...but it inadvertently deleted the section (s) i needed to click previously to allow me to choose the container... I talked with support and it was kinda out of the way to retrieve them back. I hope there is a way to restore Deleted Sections in the bin. Thank you for your help!
