Offline save and sync

When working in areas that don't have internet some time. Can you create a way that allows local saves on the Pacific device that is being used , so when I get back on line I can sync my date to the datebase. I place this under inportant , becuse it helps those who are on the go , so at any point there internet connection goes out they still have a way to continue working as well as syncing the data back once the interent is back up.
