Business Data Privacy - don’t want Claritee employees seeing client wireframes/ideas
My company requires essential data privacy and security control. Is there any standard implemented i.e SOC2, ISO27001 that takes care of data encryption? The reason is to give our clients (usually VC-funded startups) reassurance none of their plans/ideas will actually be seen by Claritee employees/admins (or known by those who have left Claritee) without our permission/screenshots etc if we need for support help in which case we would only share non-sensitive screens. I don't know if you have a way to use (1) a 2-man rule, (2) policy for employees to only access private data upon a court order (and from which government agencies?) and (3) have an audit log that is monitored so all improper access can be checked and acted on. There are some companies like Ideabuddy that will say that because of their encryption, without our password, no one can access our business data and ideas. Apple says they can't access their user data even to help law enforcement. Alternatively, a desktop version which lets us store files in our own private Google/corporate cloud would address our concerns.
