Transform the Site Map in to a Content Strategy Wireframe Tool

I was thinking that the Site Map could be upgraded to a tool that allows you to send content strategies to clients or copywriter collaborators. For example, if along option to edit the page title on a sitemap, you can have 2 more options: Add a URL field Add a note field where you can give a Content Structure for that particular Page/Post to clients or copywriter ( notes like H1 name , H2 name, how many keywords to include, similar keywords to include, FAQ, etc) In addition to this to options we will need a way to export them (the title, URL and the notes in an google spreadsheet or something) or some condition to apply when sharing the link to clients or collaborator so that you have control to what they can see (for example: maybe I did the content strategy for next 3 months but I whant them to see only few pages (notes, urls)
